FULL WATTAGE LAMPS STILL AVAILABLE
Shat-R-Shield plastic-coated, shatterproof lamps are exempt from EPACT regulations that have outlawed the sale of full wattage 4 and 8 foot cool white and warm white fluorescent lamps in the United States for energy conservation.
This means that FULL WATTAGE lamps can still be purchased, which can have as much as 15% more light output and are less sensitive to cooler temperatures than energy-saving lamps.
